TechPPE Wins ‘COVID19 Outstanding Response’ Awards at GO Awards Scotland 2020
ICL Tech Ltd was the outright winner for its TechPPE initiative at the GO Awards Scotland Excellence In Public Procurement 2020 (Private Sector).
The judges were impressed with the company’s “positive can-do attitude” and summed it up by saying:
“This is the story of the pandemic – SME works with stakeholders to completely reinvent itself with new product diversification, a new customer base, new partnerships and new ways of working together to deliver critical frontline care. Just an incredible response at a time when it was most needed.
“This company worked at warp speed to design, test, manufacture and distribute a vital piece of PPE at a time of critical shortage.”
